I have been working in Real Estate since 1994. Originally from Sheffield, England and now living in the USA since 1986. After a very rewarding career in the field of non-profit management I turned my focus to the exciting world of real estate, working both as an appraiser and Realtor® since 2004.

As an appraiser I worked all over the San Francisco Bay Area, and I feel that this experience has given me a unique perspective on buying and selling real estate, and I offer a depth of understanding in regard to home values that I apply to my business when interacting with buyers and sellers. I have a strong ethical drive and seek to improve my skills on a continued basis to bring an ever increasing value to the table for my clients.

I am a home owner and a real estate investor with rentals in Hawaii and California. Before settling in California I lived in Australia and Germany and now I live in Walnut Creek with my wife and children. I came here to visit some friends and ended up staying 24 years. I first lived in San Francisco for 14 years and then moved to the East Bay in 2001 and I’ve enjoyed living with my family in sunny Walnut Creek ever since.
